Hello there again!

Does anybody know off-hand of a building supplies and general hardware store on Ambergris? I suppose builders would want to have a supply on the island?
Would there be a demand for something like this? Good prices / excellent service? :-)

There are four good-sized builders suppy stores here: Belican Supply,that imports directly from Miami; San Pedro Hardware; Harmouche Center; and Mash Hardware; and now a new store, Castillo Hardware... all this on Ambergris Caye!

I see you are an investment consultant. We are looking to invest in Belize / Ambergris. We have been looking at a number of options, what would you suggest? We are South Africans and we have been focusing on coffee from Belize to SA, we have connections in both SA and UK, for a number of other products. We are also looking at becoming the 'official' SA-Belize link for tourism.

If you have other ideas for products for export / import or in the service industries let me know. Most of it is available on Internet, but it sounds like you've got your ear closer to the ground on that side.
