The asking price for Giselles is just an asking price, it's not really for sale, but if you want to buy it, it will cost you the asking price. The front lot was not sold with the Chateau and is still vacant. The front lot was never part of the sale and is still not for sale but since everything has a price, you can always ask what they would be willing to sell it for. Because really, everything has an asking price.

This house is for sale. The price is what the seller thinks it is worth after some renovations and with future bookings. The lot in front of this is also for sale as a seperate lot.
Best to ask real estate agents about real estate, as people on the here dont always have all the facts.

I was looking at it last year, but the vacant lot on front did spook me a little - someone could buy it & deprive lil' 'ole Giselle of its views of the sea & replace them with a view of a gaden or maybe someones bathroom Window & negate any income from long term rental arrangement............I think the plot + CG were up for USD $250K for the pair
