The realtors are legal, a few months ago we had no realtors now at least 3. Most are selling real estate without even being here long enough to get residency. You need no license here to be a realtor, no special training. As it used to be in Mexico until a few years ago, they have stopped the practice. Growth is inevitable but I dont think it will be so soon. What holds this place back is sewer and water it will take some big investment money to provide that anytime in the near future, but it is sure to come.
