To be entirely accurate, I don't believe those are Capt. Jeff's thoughts on life, seems he just agrees with the quote that has been attributed to Mark Twain; although I'm not too sure about the authenticity of that one either. Still, any way you slice it, it's a cute sentiment.

I like this too. My kids at school always keep me young and laughing. But remember, especailly this time of year, that not all are as fortunate as you, and sometimes it's really nice to pay it forward. Sure gives you a warm fuzzy to see someone smile. Anyone see that movie? It was awesome, and the joy it brings not only to yourself but to others. Have you ever seen the look on someones face when they say thank you for something and you tell them to simply pay it forward? If everyone did it, what a glorious place this would be!!!

It's not that bad law. Just depends on your mores. I, for one, wouldn't follow it because my Grandmother would simply drop dead if she knew some of the things I have done.

I'd have missed out on a lot of fun if I'd followed that one. My Gram is pretty old school!

SJ, the last time I made funny faces at the kids in the car in front of me at the drive-up at the bank....they were peering over the back seat at me....the Mom caught me. It wasn't a pretty sight....I almost ended up in the same cell as Denny.
