I've taken the pills that you are supposed to take the day and night before (ie: while you are drinking). Near as I could tell, they didn't do a damn thing. Might even have made the whole ordeal even worse. Can't remember what they were called, might have been as simple as "Anti-hangover Pills".

In any event, if they did help, I can't imagine how horrid a hangover I'd have had without them.

The best thing is to drink 2 or 3 pints of water before you go to bed. If you can't stomach it then take soda or Gatorade. Weak tea is also good, but coffee tends to aggravate the dehydration. If you have some vitamin C tablets take one or two of those as well.

Vitamin B. Gatorade. Yup. Better than anti-hangover pills.
