WOW!! I can't believe you found this site. My little French grandma from St. Maarten in the Carribbean made calaloo all the time. I grew up on it. It was one of my favorite things she made. Like a comfort food. Her recipe was a little different than what was mentioned on the site, but basically the same. It brought back a lot of memories. Thank you so much for sharing. I copied the link and am sending it to my mother. She will really get a kick out of it. Thanks
