I'm in the process of applying for my work permit etc...how long will this take...my ad was to look into the the market and possibly secure future work, on the approval of my work permit. apparently there is a market.
I've heard various stories about the time involved for it to come through...some times up to a year?? any suggestions...

Peter, Blow it out your arse. I always worked with permits from day one. Probably still have copies of all my permits laying around here somewhere.

Actually, Leo is a friendly, soft spoken and well educated young woman with an extensive experience in the culinary arts. The "Leo" part of her monniker is a nod to the astrological, not her gender.

I have been thinking about retiring here in the states and coming down to open a cheap hotel / bar/ resturant on the Island. I know there is a demand for such a buisness as there does not seem to be much "real" competition on the Island (Yet). I have quite a bit of financial backing to make it happen and weather the storm. Maybe I will sell real New York style Pizza with all fresh (Imported) Ingredients. I don't need no stinkin work permits you just have to know who's in the know, Ya Know?.
