Has anyone been to Sweet Basils since it reopened? If so, how is it? It used to be one of our favorite places, and we are wondering if it is still as good. I understand the original chef was hired back. Hope it is still yummy.

We went there today for the second time since it reopened. Original chef and still very good. Only one waiter so service is a little slow but the food is worth waiting for. I think once all the kinks are ironed out it's going to be great. They open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and hope to stay open until 9:00 PM when they start to pick up business. So far so good!
I'm happier than a pig in s__t...a foot on the sand...and a Belikin in my hand!
I wasn't really impressed. $24 for a club sandwich, not really a bad price compared to other restaurants, but not really all that amazing, like you would expect from the other restaurants (Mango's, Blue Water Grill, Casa).
2 miles my brother ,at $12 us for a club sandwich ,I hope the waitress or waiter sing..this is sanpedro not monte a carlo and you know me I am not cheap .The $24 belize for a club is a tad high????.I will do a review next trip to see if the juice is worth the squeeze.????? I use to love this place..
It's good to know the food is still very good, but I don't remember the prices being that high. Wow...quite steep. Did that include a beer or two?? If not, I doubt it will stay afloat very long. Ya don't mind paying high prices for exceptional food, but how good can a club sammich be? Thanks for the input, everyone.
