Was in Cayo District and on AC the end of May/first of June. Naturally, it was the best time we've ever had as a family. We are conservation minded, and were very impressed by all the conservation efforts we heard about and observed in Belize. My husband works in conservation on the Texas coast and would like to keep abreast of the wonderful efforts in Belize. We heard about an organization called T.I.D.E. Do they have a publication we could subscribe to? What other organizations could we look into?

I found some info on TIDE via the internet as well. Very impressive. The good people of Belize are to be commended!!!! Looks like we missed the reef festival by one day!!!! We arrived on May 29th. What a bummer. Missed the lobsters to. Talk to you again soon I'm sure. Debbie
