What is the name of the little cafe on the side street right behind Habeneros? Is that one Rosie's? Also what is the name of the little place to get rice and beans and garnaches and stuff like that...you order from a little window and it is on a side street a few seconds walk from EZ boy and directly behind the chinese restaurant?
