Personally owned lot, across from Blancaneaux Lodge (Francis Ford Copolla) and on the Gov't airstrip. 6.4 acres. Asking $US18K.

Flat open land on airstrip. Not on the river. Good for future commercial development/investment purposes (resale).

The Mountain Pine Ridge is one of several "pine ridges" and one of many reserves in the Maya Mountains. Freehold land runs throughout all this praticular "forestry reserve" (MPR). Limitations are places on forestry procedures and not developement. Most of all the property along the Privasion, Vaceros and Little Vaceros is ALL PRIVATE.
