Its coincidental timing. We have a small riot unit who quelled the April riot downtown. But they know people will take to the streets before this UHS thing is done, hopefully peacefully and the riot unit will stay in stand by mode.

Is it getting that bad in BC Katie? What do you think will happen?

I'm just thankfull to be found in a debate regarding a tropical island and it's development problems and not debating the necessity for hostage/shooting preparedness drills at our High School.
