We are looking for a place to set up an acupuncture practice. We would be sailing to Belize and would, probably be living aboard until we are established. Just starting the search so we are open to all info (what's good/bad, etc.). We are also trying to contact Carlos Villatoros. If anyone can help, we would be grateful. Any ideas??

You cannot just come and start working. You need to get approval of the government and possibly licensed and work permits. Maybe 6 months to a year to get it done. Better rethink your plan.

If you are looking to start your own business it's not that bad on permits. Do your research, come down in advance for a few weeks, go to Belmopan and talk to Labour and Immigration. Set everything up in advance and your permits can be done in weeks by yourself after you finally come down. If not chill and move on, you have a boat.
