Looks like the kids were having a ball. I saw that double rainbow on Friday also. Thanks for what you are doing with the kids, they are the future.

TG, I have been thinking about a statement you made in your report, regarding the possibility that some of these kids may never have been off the island before. A good possibility I would say. How about the possibility that this trip may have broadened some horizons, turned on a light so to speak, that may take one of these kids or more to a better future. The broader the exposure to things when young tends to lead to awareness of many more possibilities. Isn't that what we all hope for in the kids?

I totally agree about the trip broadening the kids horizons Bobber

The school hopes to keep up with field trips next year for the older kids and get them to the ruins and other mind expanding places.

Would also like to get a career day / week going and have people from all walks of life talk to the kids about what they could be doing down the road and let them see the possibilities are endless.
