I've been hearing rumors about a municipal water supply pipe being installed across the river to supply water to the hotels and residents of the North.
Anybody out there heard more news or seen any pipe?

The pipes are being stored in a lot behind San Pedro Supermarket. It won't be going far though.

I was told about 3 months ago that both water and sewer would be coming within a year to the north of Tres Cocos and San Mateo pending the outcome of a survey being done at the time. According to the gentleman I spoke to, the response was overwhelmingly positive. I would not be totally surprised to find that they are following through. It has got to be a money maker for them with all the resorts being built and the amount they charge but I will be very happy to have both services.

From what I have observed and understand the water to the north will come from a new BWS plant to be built to the north. A few months ago a BWS well drilling rig was in the area of Grand Caribe. I am not sure of the location of the new plant but the water will come from that general area and that means maybe some good pressure in Tres Cocos?

Grand Carib? Developers are building so fast I can't keep up with the names. Is that just across the river?

See all those pilings in the water when you're coming south? That's Grand Caribe.
