how are the docks in San Pedro? Any reports yet?

another hour or so of strong winds for northern Belize, 125mph

Our house is 5 miles north of San Pedro (Villa Turquesa) just next to Rojo Lounge/Azul. I just spoke to Carlos, our caretaker, and he tells me that most of the docks up our way are either gone or significantly damaged. Docks took a major hit to the north of San Pedro. Power is out. I will keep you posted.

CNN quoted Jeff Spiegel of Azul resort saying most of the docks and piers have been washed away on the western side. There wasn't a comment about the ones on the East side.

Thanks Marty during Kieth I was in Russia and you were the only contact with my family. On this one I am in Nigeria and fortunately Kathryn Tazmara and Connor all are in Canada or the states. I am dying to know if the house made it and if Tazmara's freinds that were up there are ok. Scott's beside Sundiver.

I think Jeff may have been misquoted. All the docks in the area 4 to 5 miles north of San Pedro got hammered. Mine included.
