The French Bakery which opened in St. Ignacio a few years ago is opening next week at the Tanappe Bar residence(spelling nr BB)-it will be small at first with just croissants/baguettes and breads to start with(they have two large gas ovens,and expect to expand within six months)-hopefully,as they are operating with a shoe string budget they will not give credit which will no doubt be wanted by the various wastrels on the island and become a huge success
