Felix is gaining greatly in predicted landing strength -- now 120

I cannot believe we are having to deal with this again only 9 days from Dean! Already stores are boarding up, water taxis are busy, and people are preparing. The skies look funny. Prepare for the worst and Hope for the Best I guess.
