Owner of a yellow lab, looking for a Pug puppy to be his brother. Anyone know of puppies available?

Contact Pampered Paws at 226-2227, they may be able to help.

Just my opinion, but I would not suggest having a Pug on the Island. The heat is quite a bit too much for them.

I'd take that back, there are more than a few happy Pugs living on the island and loving the life. Most come from Merida and Chet so they're well acclimatized.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I live in Belmopan and have a nice big yard for the dogs to play in, but they live and sleep indoors with me. Techie thinks he's human. Thanks, I will call pampered paws and see if they can help me. I'm so anal about researching the right dog, and I definitely chose the right large breed for myself (lab) who has been my constant companion for 8 years, and now it's time for the little breed to keep us all amused for many more years to come.

No problem, Al. Pugs are usually heat sensitive. On the other hand, they are (usually) extremely smart, infinitely funny (they could crap on the kitchen floor and it would be funny). They are extremely loyal and very protective if needed. Worst thing about them is that they shed a lot, so you should brush them.

Hehe, I think they look like little furry gargoyles.

Techie snores too and grumbles in his sleep. I think he's catching rabbits, and they always get away. Lately he's been sneaking in my bed and I wake up to a wet snout in my face.

And they don't swim.
