No, not Belize for once. The Sultan of Brunei appears to have embezzled US$8bn in just four years. Even for such a wealthy country that represents 1/4 of GDP for each of those four years.

I'm sure this country doesn't have that sort of money available for the taking, but I wonder what proportion of Belize's GDP has disappeared?
