Sorry too early for me to pick one date as I haven't confirmed my travel plans yet.
BUT what happens if it ends up a tie.. will there be a BIG party each of the three days?????????
Also, when is Reaper having his launch party?? I assume that is the 23rd.

Man, I don't arrive until 2/23 with Buzz and Ernie.

It is AC after all -- when WON'T there be a party? So long as we name the "official" gathering place for each of the 3 days -- it's all good.

I may get there a couple of days earlier. We'll see. Any Sunday a boarder is down there is a party at BC's, organized or not.

Um yes my request is for the weekend just prior to the 21st... do I get an "amen"? Anyone?

The weekend before the 21st???? As in 16 or 17? That's my vote. We have to fly back to the States on the 18th...

16th or 17th is fine with me as well. Looks like this may be an reocurring event 22nd/23rd etc etc.

We arrive on 2/16 and are available for parties on the following dates:

2/16, 2/17, 2/18, 2/19, 2/20, 2/21, 2/22

We leave late in the day on 2/23 so that will be our slow down day!
