Although I did not actually get on a plane, I was sitting here counting down the days till everyone arrived and feeling their excitement.

November message boarders rush was so much fun. Saw lots of people we had met before and met some new ones I hope to see again. It was so great seeing you all.

Becky and I went to Altun Ha with Seaduced and I thought it was a trip well worth reporting - our group was the only one at Altun Ha site and it was so amazing having the place to ourselves.

taco! Thanks soooo much for all you did to get everyone together. The message board party at BC's on that first Sunday was great - and the fireshow was very fun!

I also enjoyed some of the quiet times we got - like our evening chat at the end of the pier. Thanks for everything! See you again soon!

SS, for reasons unknown, I got "carried away" outside of Casa Picasso during the dinner last year. Don't remember any black pot or kettle. lol.

Let's see . .how did I get carried away? Um, went to Palapa Bar for a few hours, then to BC's. The party was full ON and it just kept going and going. There were so many laughs and we met so many people . .it was grand. Sometime towards the end of the evening, we left BC's and ended up partying at a room and then . . .I went dancing until some wee hours. It was all very innocent good clean fun. A lovely day and a lovely way to spend my birthday . . .surrounded by friends both new and long acquainted.

That's how you know you had a good time - someone has to carry you away! I'm a big fan of getting carried away!

Very cool! sounds like the bday rocked (and its always good to end up "partying at a room". LOL.

I spent Thanksgiving night out until some wee hours merengue dancing in a Dominican nightclub with a 31 year old young Dominican lad that worked as a chef at our hotel. Gela got the 25 year old. Luis and Luis. What's up with that? Neither could speak any English, but had 1000 watt smiles and could dance me under the table. My face hurt from laughing, we had such a good time.

Laurie - I needed to feel young again - that's why I got Luis Junior You can have him next time. I'm glad I took a nap before we went dancing. And yes, they were amazing dancers with smiles a mile wide.
