Sunbreeze is nice....but their restaurant is under construction right now. How soon are you coming?
Ye there is night life....LOL
Fido's, The Boatyard, Big Daddy's and my favorite, The Barefoot Iguana. Not too mention all the other small quaint bars.
Then there is always the Chicken Drop on Wednesday night at the Pier Lounge....not to be missed!

We stayed @ Carribean Villas. We highly recommend it! it is a lil out of town, but is well worth it! tonnes of night life in San Pedro!

We stayed at the Sunbreeze in June, and loved it, had everything we need. We did not use their restaurant, too many others, within a 5 minute walk. Ask to rent a coffee pot, and small refrigerator from the front desk, that will make your stay more comfortable. Their dive shop Aqua Dive was great for our snorkeling and fishing. Enjoy

Waterdog,
Sunbreeze is very nice. Large rooms, good location and you get a fridge or coffee amker for a small add'l charge. Caribbean Villas would definitely be worth a look also. The properties are not similar but each has it's own wonderful qualities. We are a bit spoiled, and have to have condo type space, not just a room. We are also there a lot and stay for longer than a week when we go. For my own purposes if I had to choose between the two it would Caribbean Villas. The grounds are beautiful. And it is very close to SandShakers fav night spot The Barefoot Inguna. In fact on a clear night I think we can hear her hooting it up there. (I always wondered what that shreiking noise was)
