What time do the Restaurants stay open till? Is there such a thing as happy hour there? I am thinking every hour should be happy hour. How about the Clubs/Bars?

This info varies from place to place. But here is the average. Most restaurant kitchens close at 9 p.m., and the restaurant closes after than. They stay open untl 10 or 11 p.m. for bar service, even up to midnight. Sometimes it depends on how busy it is. A few places like Dragon Palace, Chinatown, Roses Cafe and Panda stay open later than the other places, but are closed by midnight. Most bars close at midnight, unless they have a special permit, like Oceanside is open until at least 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights the Disco is open until 4 a.m. on weekends.
Happy hour is usually 4-6 p.m. with 1/2 off local drinks.

For me, (Caribbean Colors Art Gallery and Coco Loco Cafe) we open at 6:30 A.M. for coffee and breakfast, so we close at around 8 p.m. We stay open later if it is busy.

Anything you want?? Belize makes a wonderful amber rum, ONE BARREL, it has won many awards, its smooth ,,,,, cost around $9.00 a bottle. Drinks are not cheap in the bars,basic local rum drinks run around $3,00. the fancier the higher the price.
