The first cold front of 2008 brought strong winds, low temperatures and persistent rain. While the cold wave mainly caused material damage, there were also casualties. Unusual snows and heavy rains hit hardest in Mexico , but there were also casualties in Honduras and El Salvador. Luckily in Belize we were just very very cold!

Wow. Hope this doesn't portend a prolonged cold snap. We'll be there in 30 days!
