Can anyone help with options for a room on around 2/23 for two adults and two kids, preferrably with a pool. They want a nice clean place, maybe $100-$200 a night. I know there aren't many pools there and Seaside isn't available those dates. Any help would be much appreciated.

What about the place called the Barefoot Igunana (I think) I know last year the pool was almost done, I don't know if they accept kids thou. Beautiful place.

I may be wrong..but I think accommodation's at Iguana Reef , rooms are open one room studio style, not much privacy for a family. The new condos you are talking about have bedrooms. Also there is a new small pool at Amandas place, she has a very nice rental home. google cayecaulkerrentals...however being that its high season you may have trouble booking. The condos seem to have more availability as alot of folks book a year in advance and they were not around last year.
