2.Ruby's is next doorish on the street the opposite way, also open early with Coffee & their cinny buns. Carry out only but Celi's on the beach behind Ruby's has full service breakfasts.

double checked - their special is happy hour prices for message boarders. Just tell the staff that Chica Blanca or Tacogirl sent you for happy hour prices all day (so it doesn't really apply to their coffee, but their coffee is excellent anyway).

PSUhorty, I'm also a "must have coffee" person, 1st thing ervy morning. I'm glad I'm staying at Ruby's: just stumble down the stairs! I'm hoping the aroma reaches my room every morning.

Problem w/Caye Coffee is that it's too far of a walk from the Spindrift (at least at 7-8 am). I do plan on making my way over there at some point though.

Island perk as many have said is our favorite coffee place in town not only do they serve great coffee, it is a great place to meet people.

If by "a great palce to meet people", you mean friends, then sounds good to me! The love of my life will already be accompanying me.
