While I cannot comment on MRs CT-2's pick, I have it on good authority that TQ's second team consists of taking the highest seeded pick in all rounds up to the final four, at which point geographic proximity to Texas takes over!

Her other bracket was based on female intuition, and has several 2nd and 3rd round winners already eliminated, (as does one of my brackets!) so Otter probably will not remain in the cellar long!

I just called Ms Trumpet (she actually works so she can support me) and told her the standings and she wanted me to pass along that she is looking forward to wearing the ACMB Mayhem crown or having the trophy at her desk. She also said something about how her and TQ are going to clean everyone's clock on this contest but my foam dropped the call. I will call her later in the day when her Friday games are on and keep her posted.

Based on today's games, Mrs. Trumpet's stock may be looking up right now.

I think klc stole the reaper cup -- ask him if he'll be willing to donate it back to this cause and we can call it the Otter cup.

Maybe instead of cup, we should call it the "Otter Saucer" as it's namesake resides underneath most other participants!

Seriously now - even if I DID have it, why would I ever return something to be renamed, knowing full well it was going to be reclaimed by me anyway and thus exposing myself to ridicule and become, once again, message board fodder? My LAwyer agrees and advised me it would not be in my best interests.

And Otter, just to reward all your hard work in managing this den of debauchery, I'll have a Post-it Note designed to be affixed to said missing Cup with an appropriate notation for the eventual 2008 NCAA Otter Saucer winner.
