GOOMBAY SMASH...equal portions of rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice
or:
1&1/4 oz. dark rum, 3/4oz. coconut rum, 3 oz. pineapple juice, 1/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/4 oz. triple sec.

laurie, cane juice is this really nice belizian rum. sweet, smooth, goes down easy. heard of it from a bartender on my last trip in 1993. we said "whats good?" and he took a bottle of cane juice from under the bar, nodded his head and said "f**k you up good!" and smiled big. we brought two bottles home that trip and three this one!! yummy with pineapple juice (juego de pina). at belize city airport, the duty free shop had cane juice for $4 US a bottle!!

We just tossed various island fresh fruits in the blender with some spiced rum. Different smoothie flavor daily. Experiment. It's fun.

Guess I'm gonna have to teach a few bartenders in AC to make Bushwackers.
It is a locally invented drink (in Pensacola)
that is soooo yummy. It has Kahlua, rum, amaretto, creme de cacao, and ice cream all blended up just right!
