Hey

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get a hair trimmer/clipper sharpened?? It's the one thing I've noticed that they sell everywhere, does that mean people just get rid of them and buy another? It does take a special machine to sharpen them.

Carlos

p.s. Preferably on Ambergris... if not then... BC

I touch up ours. Take the blades off and pass them over a large flat sharpening stone. Use lots of oil on the stone. I have never heard of any shops that do it. My wife and I taught reading and writing in the prison for two years and the guys there taught me.

I tried that once.... didn't work. Trimmers are supposed to have a concave part in the blade.

Bruce from BC's bar had super sharpening equipment. Maybe he still does.
