Here's a humorous story regarding the French language. My brother took a friend from France to the Mall years ago. On the automatic door was a sign that said "No pets allow". The Guy was in stiches laughing. The word "pet" translates to "fart" - no farts allowed at the mall LOL!

RMT - the policia in Spain are much hotter than the ones I saw in France, but the French people were awesome, as SS said. On the other hand, the police officers in Monaco were very, very extraordinary and a couple of doormen at the casino in Monte Carlo were also easy on the eyes!
