What cfm? And why 5000 psi?

I am asking for someone else in PG who is not internet "capable" and those were the specs given. But as a mechanic and dealing with compressors alot, I will assume he does not need a high CFM, something in the 5 CFM range should be adequate. Thanks for any help.

Update, not needed for dive but for paintball hence the 5000 psi. Couple of families here bought equipment and now want to buy a compressor of their own instead of paying to fill at the local guy for scuba. Thanks for any help.
