finsterbaby	Does anyone know of an alternative location siliar to AC where there is: 1. good diving 2. lodging on the beach 3. a cool friendly town with bars and locals to drink and party with (close to 1 & 2).

finsterbaby	What about Costa Rica? Anyone have any experience? The surfing is supposed to be awesome. hmmmmmmmm..... Just don't know how cool the towns are. It looks like you need a car to get around too.

Jenn	My brain's a little fried from being on this board for two days, but my memory is that Placencia's OK. Yes, in BZE, in the south, though. Search for "Placencia" under Hurricane board for more info.

Jenn	OK, here's what I got off the other board, hope this helps... The Inn at Robert's Grove & RumPoint, both high-end properties. both beautiful. http://www.robertsgrove.com & http://www.rumpoint.com Nautical Inn is online and the situation there is good. Email Ben at Nautical@btl.net

Belize Mama	Have heard that Placencia is up and running BUT you still have to be able to get into and out of Belize City to get there. When did you plan to go?
