I am drafting a letter and need to know the correct way to address government officials.
This is what I found for the Prime Minister:
THE HON. DEAN O. BARROW

I have Goggled ‘Environmental Impact Agency’ and can not find who is in charge of this.
Does this come under Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment?
Is Gaspar VEGA the man in charge of this agency as well as the Deputy Prime Minister?
What is the proper way to address him?

I am writing about any future action by the EIA in regard to the casino boat.

To the best of my knowledge DOE is under the ministry of natural resources. Gasper Vega is the minister (yes he is also the deputy PM)

I don't know how you are supposed to address them but I usually address such letters thus:

Dear Honorable Minister XXXX

But don't hold your breath hoping for a quick response.
