Finally the Supreme Court makes it clear; we as individuals do have the right to keep and bear arms.
In another topic, Pugwash was right: "it's all about the judges". "The justices split along conservative-liberal lines in the ruling"(5-4).

There seems to be something beguiling about becoming the "swing vote": Justice Kennedy never had this much attention before!

Gun Control- hitting your target....

Any opinions on the other two decisions released yesterday....the reversals on the Exxon fine as well as the death penalty for the child rapist.

As Far as the Death penalty goes..... I'm not at all opposed to the decision but i hope they added that surgical castration was not out of the realm of penalties.

As for the overturning the Valdiz Penalty..... I was not surprised. The only ones making money out of that whole sad deal was/is the lawyers.
