Yeah, I saw a glimpse of the crescent moon last night - nothing else but clouds and rain. Maybe tonight.

Maybe a 50# bag of cement that didn't get pulverized properly to be mixed with the aluminum oxide. Russia said this was the first time in the 20 yrs. that the clouds have been seeded to produce rain. How long have the weather wars been going on? Inquiring minds would like to know.
