When the reported asked if it didn't look like a bribe I had to shake my head. A bribe is not out in the open and usually goes into someone’s pocket - not to the community. Hooray for the giving back guy! Maybe more developers will take the hint. In other places developers are REQUIRED to provide infrastructure. Maybe Belize is coming of age after all?

in another report about this signing party they included the story about the bribe donation to San Pedro. i guess it also happened at Roberts Grove yesterday.
