Sometimes it's the simple things that that make everything good again.

Rush played on the Colbert Report last night and tonight it's The Who Tribute on the VH1 Rock Honours. A great week for music.

Anyone who has seen The Who live in the last few years will I'm sure agree that the best drummer in the Starkey family, and quite possibly in live rock bands period, is Ringo's boy Zak.

He has to be seen to be believed, and I have had the distinct pleasure of seeing many of the greats close up, including his predecessors, Moon, Kenny Jones and Simon Phillips

I saw them last in September, a long and winding road from The Marquee, but still a great show.
It's rarely rocket science, it's usually just math: then again if you can't do the math.......

Truly a great show last night with some amazing performances. Pearl Jam just kicked ass and The Who proved why they're one of the greatest rock bands of all time.

The show will be in repeats for a while, if you didn't see it last night it's well worth a watch.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?
