Agree with the kudos to Harry. Not only is he doing the right thing, he's given notice to people that it's time for a much-needed attitude adjustment.

You know how some folks love to speculate.....

you have got to be kidding we all know bribery is prevalent here -you only get things done quickly this way-people would be crazy and very stupid to turn round and say I bribed this particular person-firstly they would be admitting to a crime
secondly no gov/political person would deal with them again

Its blind ignorance of wrong doing that needs to be prosecuted to open an eye or two.

What is wrong with a special meeting fee? Meetings are scheduled on a regular basis and that is what the committees are paid for. If you want a meeting all of your own to consider your application whatever it may be then you should be prepared to pay for the committee's time. Putting the price on the application ensures that everyone pays the same price and there's no special rate for "special" people.
