South End Neighborhood Watch (SENW) meeting to be held tonight at Sandbar at 7pm. Inspector Arnold is suppose to be there, and it is an important meeting.

We will be discussing the South Side Police Substation that Mr. Joe Lawrence is dontating and putting up.
