Looking for a big coffee maker, and a 2-3 pot thermos, one of those commercial type ones people serve them selves from at all you can eat places and parties. I also need another deep fat fryer, one to fry my apple raisin fritters and honey cruellers, so it does not have to be very large. Just can't fry donuts after fish.

They have the big (64 cup) coffee makers in Belize City at Brodies on Western Highway. Was just there on Tuesday. Was shocked that they were only $130 BZD. West Bend....great deal!

They had lots of restaurant/kitchen equipment as well, but noticed that one immediately as they are around $600 here on the island.

Worth a trip to BC most likely.

That size is perfect for me, thanks for letting me know. I rarely think beyond the island anymore, ya know. I guess being so busy here has narrowed my playing field. I may have to marry a trip to Brodies with a trip to the music store......

Court's on the Northern Highway has a small size commercial deep fryer, plus I saw a "fry daddy" type of home use fryer also.
