according to central gov. town starts or finishes at the bridge and starts or finishes at Ramons Village

it used to be start and finish from the RC church. especially since the bridge and Ramons haven't been around as long as the church.

The BTB stats measure resort distances from Central Park.

Then 1.27 miles would be correct!
