Time spent as a Mayor and a Governor is time spent actually running something, whereas time as a Jr Senator who has been campaigning since day one doesn't really count for much at all.

Having said that there is so much more to like:
She has cut spending, not just talked about it
She has cut waste, not just talked about it (day 1 in office she put the states $2.7 million jet on E Bay!)
She killed the Bridge to Nowhere, and told the feds to keep their money!
She did not abort her downs afflicted child,(although he's not 6 months old yet so it may not be to late in Obamas mind)
She hunts, fishes, rides a snowmobile and is an NRA and Union Member, married to her high school sweetheart who is a commercial fisherman
Her son joined the service on 9/11/07 and is expected to deploy to Iraq soon
There are just o many things for real people to like and for the zombamas to go nuts over

BO has been a community organizer, whatever the hell that means, moved straight into the Senate where he started running for President almost immediately. Not to mention that Palin is a VP candidate vs BO who is running for the top spot.

- BO's state senate experience doesn't count because he never placed a vote anyway
