Can't be there but can I vote absentee? My vote (no need to taste) is for "This stuff is so good it will make ya slap Momma twice on Sunday" Memphis BBQ sauce by Carbunkle Trumpet. Nothing better than Memphis/Ark sauce! Wish I had some BBQ right now. Need to make a trip and restock my freezer.
