I understand she was supposed to be at the event but circumstances now dictate that she arrive shortly afterwards. A shame, but I'm sure we'll live with it.

The new vet (Laurie) arrives on the 28th, she had already bought her tickets for that date and made all her arrangements quite some time ago. It would have been great to have her there but delaying the event would probably affect the turnout. Either way it will be a great event. I haven't had a chance to go to the clinic since the painting day but I understand everything looks great for her arrival.
