I actually don't cook chilli, only Gumbo or Red Beans and rice. However, If they get enough Chilli Master Chefs to compete, Canucks would do it on a sunday in October.

Good thing this chilli cookoff/feast is on the beach with hopefully a moderate breeze blowin!!

The breeze sure isn't blowing enough right now! Hot, hot hot~!

Don't worry the breeze will beablowin shortly after the chilli cookoff has been sampled.

Chili is available most of the time at both Beach 'n Kitchen and Pedro's. I'm an addict for the stuff!
