Two years ago today, I registered on the ACMB. I had been lurking for over a year, but decided to join the fun about two weeks before our second trip down. I am rarely wise, but this was a smart call. I have made some treasured friends both on and off the island that I would otherwise never have met. I have grown to appreciate San Pedro, Ambergris Caye and Belize all the more, warts and all. And I have learned a lot about myself in the process.

Thank you, Marty, for providing this forum and thanks to all those who keep it up and running . . . even when it is a train wreck, it is fascinating. We'll be back in about twenty days for our longest stay yet . . it will be like coming home, thanks in no small part to all of you!!
