Persons trained in the mental health field are very rare in Belize. There is great need. Good luck, hope you move here and are able to obtain your papers to work here without too much of a headache. Do let them know you are aware of a shortage of persons with your skills in this country. Contacting clinics such as Medical Associates will also help, sometimes getting a work permit is easier when someone wants to employ you.
However, do not expect to make a lot of money. Health Care professionals in Belize are not well paid.
