I am afraid you are right Capn. It has been a long hard struggle for those of us on the island that love Caye Coffee. Hopefully there will be alternatives in the future. God Speed Caye Coffee.

I asked Paul what the deal was with his company, Caye Coffee and he stated that there is a problem importing raw beans . No beans, no coffee. However, if this situation can be resolved, He will begin roasting again. For the time being, beans are not getting into the country so he is not able to make Caye Coffee. Could be a long time, maybe even never....too bad.

troubles with more than just the website.

i've been wanting to ask the same question. in august, the store was closed but you could still buy it in the markets. guess it's all gone by now.

thanks for the heads-up, gang. guess we'll be bringing our own this trip.

Premium Wines and Spirits next to Fido's have a range of fresh coffee you can buy as either the beans or they can grind them for you on the spot to your preference. Really good.
