Anyone know how to make a simple tooltip?

p.s. as it turns out I finally figured out that they just wanted a title and they will add the tool tip code lol.

For future reference a very useful site is www.softcomplex.com. This has a lot of free stuff including tigra hints which sounds like what you were after. I use the tigra calendar in my software (as does most of the rest of the world I think).
